In order to have a chance of being shortlisted for your ideal job, you will need to minimise your current role which is not relevant to the job and bring forward your inspiring achievements and day-to-day duties and responsibilities from a job which is relevant. Complement this with key skills which are found in the job description and ensure you have a stand-out personal profile which will encourage the Recruiter to explore further into your suitability for the job.
