A 60-minute one-to-one session with Michelle, shaped around where you are and what comes next.

1. Tell us where you are

Before your session, we'll ask you for some information about your career and what you'd like to discuss.

2. One-to-one career coaching session

You'll work directly with Michelle to explore your experience, options, concerns and possible directions.

3. Identify your next steps

The aim is for you to leave with greater clarity about your options and practical next steps to move forward.
