We review your existing CV against the job vacancy you wish to apply for, looking at how well your experience, skills and achievements are reflected in your CV in relation to the employer’s requirements.
You’ll receive an honest, recruiter-led report highlighting your relevant strengths, areas where your CV could be improved and any gaps in the evidence presented.
The review helps you understand how well your CV reflects the requirements of the vacancy and where improvements could make your application stronger.
The CV Job Match Review is a standalone service. You do not need to purchase a Review before choosing our full CV Job Match service.

The CV Job Match Review is a standalone assessment and report. It does not include targeted follow-up questions, CV rewriting, tailored CV preparation or reassessment after the report has been delivered.

How your package works — 3 and 6 Jobs
You don’t need to provide all your job vacancies at once. You can supply them individually as opportunities arise.
Use within 6 months of purchase. Each vacancy and the required information must be submitted within this period. Saving a draft vacancy does not use a CV Job Match. A CV Job Match counts as used when you submit your vacancy and the required information.
Any unused CV Job Matches expire at the end of the six-month period. Work submitted before expiry can be completed afterwards.

This service includes a CV tailored to one vacancy. It does not include the creation of a separate, comprehensive Master CV.

Both the 3 Jobs and 6 Jobs packages begin with the creation of your professionally written Master CV, bringing together your career history, experience, skills and achievements.
You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your Master CV before we begin tailoring it to the individual job vacancies you supply.

We review your CV and the job vacancy to identify where your experience, skills and achievements align with what the employer is looking for.
We consider the essential and desirable requirements of the role, drawing on relevant experience from across your career, not just your most recent position.
This helps us identify your strongest evidence for the vacancy and where further information may be needed before tailoring your CV.

Your existing CV may not reflect everything you’ve done that’s relevant to the job you’re applying for.
Where we identify opportunities to strengthen your application, we’ll ask specific, targeted questions about your experience, skills, responsibilities and achievements.

We only include information you’ve confirmed. If you don’t have the experience an employer is looking for, we won’t suggest otherwise.

If you’ve purchased the 3 Jobs or 6 Jobs package, you’ll also receive your Master CV in editable Microsoft Word and PDF formats. Your Master CV is prepared, reviewed and approved before we begin tailoring it to your chosen vacancies.

You choose and supply the vacancies you wish to apply for. CV Job Match assesses and tailors your CV to those vacancies; it does not include finding jobs for you.
