Following your CV to Job Match Review, we take the information and answers you’ve provided and look more closely at the experience, skills and evidence that are most relevant to the opportunity.
We review your answers individually, decide what is relevant to the role and, where necessary, come back to you for more detail. This may mean delving further into particular projects, responsibilities, achievements or transferable skills to uncover stronger evidence of your suitability.
Once we have the information we need, we use your existing CV, the job description and the additional information we have gathered to create a CV specifically targeted to that opportunity.
