HOW IT WORKS

1. We build your Master CV

We start by understanding your career and creating a comprehensive Master CV that captures the important detail of your experience, skills, achievements and projects. This becomes the foundation we work from throughout your job search.

2. You identify an opportunity

When you find a job you’re interested in, send us the job description before you apply.

3. We assess the match

We review the opportunity against your Master CV and experience and give you an honest assessment of the match. If we identify gaps or areas where we believe you may have relevant experience that isn’t currently coming through, we’ll ask you targeted questions.

4. We explore the evidence

Your answers are personally reviewed. Where we think there is more to uncover, we’ll ask for further detail about particular responsibilities, projects, achievements or transferable skills.

5. We create your Job Match CV

Once we have the information we need, we create a CV specifically for that opportunity. Your profile, key skills, relevant experience, achievements and career evidence are presented to make the connection between your background and the employer’s requirements as clear as possible.

6. Repeat for up to three applications

You can use this process for up to three selected job opportunities during your three-month support period.
